Fun4All Party Booking Terms and Conditions

By placing an order for a party at Fun4all, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• A Deposit of £50 is required at time of booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable however we will happily change the date or time of your party if needed (subject to availability and with at least 5 days notice).
• Deposits are taken by credit card. We accept all major credit cards except American Express.
• The balance must be paid 5 days prior to date of party.
• Once final numbers have been confirmed 5 days prior to the party the party food will be ordered in and prepared on the day of the party. We are unable to offer refunds for children that do not turn up for a party.
• The company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment of balance by the due date.
• Children must be supervised by carers / parents whilst visiting Fun4all. We require a minimum ratio of 1 adult to 5 children
• Due to our party schedules, party guests will not be admitted into the building until the allocated party time and must vacate promptly when their allocated time ends. Party guests must also arrive and leave the party areas within the time they are allocated to the party areas, this is to allow us to service the area for the next guests.
• Any additional siblings accompanying party guests will be charged our standard entrance fees.
• It is your responsibility to inform Fun4all of any food allergies or other important facts concerning all the children and adult guests attending your party. Please speak to our Party Coordinator about the ingredients in your party meal at the time of your booking. A food allergies and intolerance datasheet for our party food can be emailed to you upon request.
• A Party Host will assist you during the two hours of your party. Your Host is there to help ensure the party, play time and meal run smoothly - please ask if you have any additional needs. Please note that your Party Host is not an entertainer.
• If you wish to bring an entertainer of your own it must be pre-agreed with us and the entertainer must supply proof of valid Public Liability Insurance and a Criminal Record Bureau check one week prior to the party. If you wish to bring your own Facepainter please ensure they have valid Public Liability Insurance and have shown you their Risk Assessment. Fun4all cannot be held responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions or other caused by an independent Entertainer or Facepaitner or products they may use. Please do not forget to let us know so that we may arrange a suitable room and other requirements.
• Food and drinks may not be brought into Fun4all by customers. The only exception is a birthday cake. We can provide a full buffet and drinks for adults. Fun4all is not liable for damage or bodily injury directly or indirectly caused, arising from or which can be attributed to the consumption of alcohol by any persons using the play equipment.
• Only Children 11 and younger may play on the Play Frames.
• Our Standard Rules of Play must be followed by all visitors.
